We are pleased to announce that, in addition to certification for ISO14001:1996, the international standard for an Environmental Management System, we obtained in 1999, we successfully obtained in June 2006 certification for ISO14001:2004, which is a revision made in 2004. In recent years, environmental issues require an approach on the basis of global views. With "how we should transfer this well blessed global environment to our heirs in the soundest state" as our target, implementation of various measures for prevention of global warming, containment of the amount of waste generated and development of environment-friendly products including recyclable ability is required. In our company, on welcoming in the 21st century, our corporate philosophy was reestablished in 1996 for another leap for us to become an excellent company. To materialize this philosophy, we have cited as one of business ideas "environmental management", and regard preservation of the environment as a matter of top priority for all business activity aspects including product designing.
