Dry case
When hearing aid is not in use, put it in the case. Desiccant in the case protect the hearing aid from moisture.
(Zinc air batteries should be replaced from the hearing aid. Do not put them in the case.
TV cord
The sound from TV can be heard by hearing aid directly.

You can check the battery drain with the battery checker,
