Okumura Corporation’s Technical Research InstituteOkumura Corporation’s history dates back to 1907. The Technical Research Institute has been engaged in advanced efforts such as conducting multifaceted studies on comfortable indoor environments. Achievements to date include the Sound Environment Presentation System, which reproduces the sound environment of a building intended for construction to allow prior assessment. The system reproduces the sound environment that has been envisioned during the building’s design phase and lets users assess interior acoustics and the building’s sound insulation performance in response to various noise sources including traffic noise and air conditioners. The system plays a key role in realizing comfortable indoor environments.NA-28 precision sound level meterRion’s sound level meters significantly contribute to creating comfortable indoor environments. The NA-28 is capable of simultaneously performing octave band and 1/3 octave band analysis. The main unit is recognized as a removable disk drive when connected to a PC via USB. The NX-28BA Building Acoustic Card can be used to make rapid measurements of airborne noise and to assess sound insulation performance in response to floor impact sounds.Rabbiko seems to be in a reective mood.
