7Previous generation carrying case This is the carrying case for the NA-28 Class 1 sound level meter, which has been in use for approximately 20 years. This substantial case features a plywood core, covered with synthetic leather. The metal parts give it a luxurious appearance. The back of the carrying caseThis side of the carrying case features a ribbed surface. This design choice is both functional and aesthetic, expressing the robustness that was a primary design goal. This surface also helps to conceal scratches and stains.Stacking and labelingMultiple new carrying cases can now be stacked. Users with multiple Rion products can now store them secure-ly while saving space. Additionally, model labels can be attached in four locations: the front, right and left sides, and the handle. This allows for easy identification of the product inside, even when the cases are stacked. The front side of the next-generation carrying case and accessory compartmentThe next-generation carrying case prominently features the Rion logo on the front. The design overhaul, which includes additional space for batteries, SD cards, and other small items, reflects the convenience needs of customers using the instrument on-site.Handles and strapsThe handle design was another key focus. The size and shape of the handle were carefully designed for a comfort-able grip while ensuring it wouldn’t in-terfere with storage. The strap allows for convenient over-the-shoulder carrying.
