Rion participated with an exhibition booth. People from many companies facing specific challenges visited the booth. We had the opportunity to present our measurement technologies and equip-ment in detail, showcasing our systems and case studies for realiz-ing efficient and labor-saving operations in various manufacturing contexts. These included the sound source identification system, which identifies the source of invisible sounds and investigates their cause, the noise and vibration monitoring system, which enables remote operation and measurement via LAN connectivity using the latest sound level meters and vibration analyzers; and the line judgment system, which detects and evaluates abnormal sounds and vibrations from production line products to determine pass or fail. The event featured 617 companies exhibiting products and technologies, including Rion. Lectures on cutting-edge technol-ogies and new vehicle development prompted active debates on the future of the automotive industry driven by DX. Some 70,000 people registered to attend the event, helping to make a lively and successful occasion. Rion will continue to closely monitor trends in the automotive industry. From July 9 to 11, 2025, INTERPHEX JAPAN, the largest inter-national exhibition in Japan for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing industries, was held at Tokyo Big Sight. A wide range of exhibited products and services supported manufacturing processes, including production, packaging, measurement, inspec-tion, sterilization, and cleaning. Rion exhibited devices required for cleanliness control for pharmaceutical manufacture and development. Those include the KC-31 airborne particle counter, KC-52A handheld airborne particle counter, KA-02 and KA-03 particle counters for multi-point monitoring, KL-05 liquid-borne particle counter for measurement of insoluble particles in injection solutions, and XL-M4B biological particle counter. The latter meets rapid microbial method requirements and is drawing attention as a real-time monitoring device for pharmaceutical water production. Visitors had the opportunity to experience firsthand the capacity for precise measurement and ease of operation of these products. During the Q&A session, visitors asked us many technical ques-tions concerning detailed aspects such as measurement precision and customization options. Their level of expertise impressed our booth staff. Numerous visitors from pharmaceutical companies attended our booth, allowing us to gather valuable information to support future product development and strengthen customer support.17
